Primary Education

I have a BA Degree in English Philology with Teaching English as a Foreign Language specialisation from the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź. I have 13 years of experience as a teacher, 10 of those teaching internationally. I have recently returned to Poland after living in South East Asia teaching at British International Schools. I have attended various workshops throughout my teaching career. Some of them include: Google Level 1 Educator course and certification, Developing effective learning environments in International Schools with Elizabeth Jarman, Using digital tools to help literacy requirements of schools, SENIM (Special Education Needs in Malaysia) conference and International Primary Curriculum Training - Managing change & Moving Forward.

In my last position, I have been organising and coordinating Performing Arts events locally (Malaysia) as well as internationally (Thailand, Vietnam, China). Currently I run Art Club as well as Drama Club at ISoB where I started working this year. Music is one of my greatest passions, I enjoy both arranging and performing. I have regularly led staff groups to perform at staff functions and children’s Christmas events and intend to bring some fun to ISoB too!
