Admissions

Fees

General information

First tuition and  entrance fees for students who start in September are payable in advance at the latest on the first school day. Other monthly tuitions are payable at the latest on the 15th of each month. For students who start during the school year, all tuition and fees are payable within the first four weeks after the start date. All past due accounts are charged with a late fee after this date. Other payment schedules can be arranged at the discretion of the principal to help students and their families manage their tuition payments by installments. The most common payment plans call for two or three installments, spaced over the period of one academic semester. An invoice including VAT can be issued on request.

Insurance

Health and accident insurance is mandatory in Poland, thus students are required to take out the health and accident insurance provided by the school which covers them when on campus and on the way from home to school. However, if students have a valid private insurance,
the parents are requested to provide the school an insurance details  prior to their registration at ISOB.
Personal and private insurance, to cover issues such as damage or theft of personal property are not mandatory but are strongly recommended. ISOB cannot be held responsible for the theft of personal belongings, student damage or third party insurance.
